Doggy dealings, paid for something and getting no help.

On the 04/01/2020 I put down a deposit of R500.00 for a bed, Othopedic Premium Queen B/S which cost R3999.00 at The Bed Shop which is in Ormonde Shopping Centre. They were having a sale and it was a lay buy for six months until the end of June 2020. I was given bank details that I had to pay the money into an FNB Account. On the 31/01/2020 I paid R1000.00, Feb - R500, March - R500, May - R1000.00 and then in July R500. So in total I paid R4000.00 I was given a contact number and name of Ja**** *** who is of no help to me. I sent them all the details and he keeps on promising me that he will get the manager to contact me. I even went to the shop but with no assistance. I spoke to him last week and he said he will get back to me but nothing. I need to collect MY BED ASAP. My ref number is 0719
