Do not waste your time or money at The Bed Shop Woodmead

I bought a queen size extra length bed from The Bed Shop in Woodmead and requested that the base be made lower. When arrangements were made for delivery the base was not ready which I was okay with as I was told it would be ready in about a week. I have been waiting and following up with the store for over a month now and whenever I phone I’m given story after story by the store manager. I have a “normal height” base currently but it’s still wrapped in the plastic as the exchange will not happen if the current base is not in the original packaging. The after sale service is shocking and had I known this I would have never spent the money I did at this particular store. Today i called the branch manager and my call was not returned. Pathetic service!!!!!
