DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE YOU WILL REGRET IT!

I purchased a king XL bed from the bed shop for round about R11k and a couple of months down the line the bed was full of bobbles and started sinking in

I contacted the branch that it was purchased from, asking for a refund and I was told that they do not do refunds and that a replacement bed would be issued to me

A few weeks later, my replacement bed arrived at the store, but they expected me to pay for shipping to bring the bed to my premises and collect the old one.. Why the f should I pay shipping again when it's your product that's defective?

Also when I purchased the bed, the sales rep assured me that the bed was a pocket spring mattress, but when sleeping on it, I can feel that it's not as the whole bed shakes when myself or my wife turns over, and the mattress is very light, way too light to me a pocket spring mattress

On top of that, I got in touch with your customer service to address this issue of delivery. The customer service rep had informed me that someone will be in touch with me. It's been almost a week and nobody has gotten back to me. That's absolutely pathetic service, I get better service at my local ****a shop

To this day, I can't get in touch with anyone who can address my issue

I refuse to pay any delivery fees, you guys must come take your bed and give me a refund
