When they sell you a bed, they will not specify that the warranty and guarantee only goes with the matress. They sold me a base that got broken in less than 2 weeks but after 7 days. Only to be told that no refund, no exchange. Therefore we spend the R9k only for mattress and we are sleeping on the floor on mattress. What a joke with Bedshop.

When you buy here, buy at your own risk. I regret my decision for life.
