Dissapointing service and quality

The worst customer service and quality, bought a bed in January and by March you could feel and hear the springs in the mattress, lock down happened when the stores re-opened we called to complain upto this day we still waiting for them to exchange the bed. I'm highly dissapointed will never recommended anyone to buy from you.
