DISHONESTY AND ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

A queen size EXTRA LENGTH bed was purchased from Ernest at The Bed Shop in Meadowdale. I have sales order in Ernest's handwriting stating extra Length and receipts. The Bed was to be delivered in Cape Town in Feb, from Bed City in Parklands. A Bed was delivered, but went into storage due to renovation of the flat. My next visit was in October where the bed was used. I noticed that it was a standard bed, not the extra length ordered and paid for. I approached Bed City who insisted they were instructed and paid by Ernest to deliver a standard bed. I have the documents for this. I contacted Ernest and he told me that it was a mistake, he would sort it out in a week. After 2 weeks, further enquiries with Ernest were met with different excuses, but that it would happen \next week."After 5 times the \""next week\"" excuse"
