Dishonest Area Manager - Bad quality beds

I bought a bed that I was not happy with, very poor quality beds. I then upgraded the bed for a "better one" which I was also not happy with. The manager of the Centurion branch said that the upgrade is noted a new sale, then I messaged the area manager "Pieter Naude" and said that I'd want a refund if the bed is also not good, he then said I must give it time and rotate it, I told him that its still the same and he asked me for my invoices. All of a sudden, these people doesnt want to refund me, is telling me all sorts of stories which is sensless.

I regret buying form this store and would not advice any person to bother buying from this company
