Disgusting Service

I purchased a Base from The Bed Shop in Kempton Park about 4 months ago and today I am still waiting for delivery. The sales person (Liza) has been telling me it will be delivered next week (for months now) always "Next week the factory will deliver". What do I do from here? Can I get a refund? And from what I'm seeing from all the other reviews, the company doesn't even care to comment or rectify their errors. They do not care about customer service.
