Disgusting after sale service

<p>On the 30th August 2014, i bough a 137cm posture classic base set for the amount of R2000.00 with a 5 year service warranty. I have had the set for two years now and recently the one side of the bed has collapsed. As the bed is in essence still new and i have adhered to the maintanance of the mattress, the sagging can only be attributed to a factory defect. After many phone calls and e-mail correspondence no one has gone to the effort of assisting me. Just a friendly warning to future and existing customers to avoid this outlet.</p>
