Disappointed with service and quality

Dynamic Bedding stocks The Bed Shop. I have had an unpleasant experience with The Bed Shop Ormonde, and hoped that I could speak to Head Office Dynamic Bedding Chamdor for a more mature resolution. I called Dynamic Bedding Chamdor on Monday. It is now Wednesday, and after calling thrice and being told that someone would call me back, I am yet to receive a call. Since The Bed Shop does not offer refunds, and I am dissatisfied with two beds I've received from them, I would not recommend anyone to buy this brand.

Additionally, The Bed Shop Ormonde's Ja**** is exceedingly unprofessional and lacks common sense. He insists that he has 'done the customer a favour' by paying in part for the collection of my first bed on exchange for the upgraded bed (paid for by customer). Pertinent question: If I had collected my new bed myself, how would they have obtained the old bed at my residence? Surely they would anyway have had to make arrangements for a suitable vehicle to transport the beds. It befuddles the mind.
