Defective product from The Bed Shop

Terrible products,my widowed mum purshased a ved from here on laybye and within 2 months noticed a defect on the bed mattress. Informed manager who sent an employee to come assess. After agreeing that there was a defect on the mattress, she was told that the bed shop will not refund or replace the mattress without any reason by the owner. DO NOT PURCHASE as these people are selling defective products at full retail prices.
