Customer Service Lacking completely!

We went to the table bay mall branch today, excited to purchase a new bed. At 9h30 the shop was closed, even though the sign said open. We thought okay maybe the employee needed the bathroom and theyre on ghost staff so we woukd hand around. After 20 min we asked the gentleman that works at vermiark next door, if anyone was there. He said yes he was there, so we waited and here comes and gentleman strolling by 10 min later, cuts through my husband and I opens the door and walks in and sits. We enter, no greeting, no assistance, no welcome come in, apologies for keeping you waiting. Suffice to say the customer service was non existent. We tested the beds uncomfortably by ourselves, discussed options and spent an easy 20 min in the store being started at miserably by your consultant who barely offered a smile. Get your staff training, its 2025 , its a competitive industry with multiple options to choose from. . . We were graceful as its the holiday season,but thats no excuse. We took the details of what we wanted and opted to do an online purchase instead when we were back home.

Do better, train your staff.
