Complete Bed not delivered.

Ia bought a bed on black friday and I still haven't received the complete set. They kept delivering either a wrong base size or a damaged one until they said they will order another one. It has bee 2 weeks and no communication from anyone. They delivered only a mattress with no base. May I please receive my complete base set or otherwise cancel my order so that I can go buy elsewhere! I am very unhappy and regret buying from there. They don't take customers seriously.
