Complaint

Good day I want to help I bought a queen size bed from The Bed shop by The Glen . Sale person Victor I have been in contact with him since dec 2019 As the bed has made all lumps and makes my body very sore The 1st phone call was made December 2019 which I was told the factory closes and I must call back in January . Which I did , and been calling at least twice a week and spoke to victor which promises me to come and check the bed so it can be replaced He never gets to me . I spoke to him yesterday again 3 February 2020 and promised he would be here 1st thing in the morning 4 February 2020 and still nothing I mean I paid alot of money for this queen size bed R4000 and was promised it's best quality. The bed is hard and feels like the springs have gone or something and now nothing gets done Please can this be sorted ASAP ***
