Complain

I save for 3 month after sleeping on an uncomfortable bed for over a year to sleep on a new uncomfortable bed.I bought my new on the 8th of august at the bed shop north gate and a week later I noticed it had sounds,I called ,emailed and WhatsApp to complain,to this day my complaint is still not attended to , only excuse that’s it’s been attended to… If I knew better I would have slept in my old bed n continue saving my money.
