Company should close their doors let the professionals handle this

This company is not evens worth 1 star, if I had the option to not select 1 it would've been zero. The bed shop in n1 city mall CPT, cmon guys, my wife lay byed a queen size storage base from this branch. Went in December 2025 to settle and the lady kindly advised us that even if we settle now the delivery will not happen as the warehouse has closed already for the season. Right we understood and therefore did not settle the amount in full as we could've used this money for something else like school close or stationary. January 2026 came we settled on the 5th to be exact, up until today 27 January 2026 no delivery or even arrangements whatsoever. Called the shop, shop gives us head office number. Head office request invoice and escalate matter to regional manager. What's so strange for me is the answer from the "Regional manager" he will give us a loner base as he has no idea when the truck will be getting to CPT. Please tell me what's the meaning of a manager? Ain't you suppose to manage? Bought a mattress from mojo beds in partnership with dail a bed, this was delivered within 10 working days. Now I have a mattress getting damaged because the base is somewhere lost in space. Requested a refund rather so we can take our business somewhere else, instead of just accepting that you messed up as a company and compensate us our money back they threaten us with loosing 10% of purchase price if we cancel. Hello!!!! we wanted to make this purchase you the one's who messed up and it leaded to you getting bad review.
