Terrible experience as a customer at the bed shop, went looking for a bed, was sold one with high expectations that the bed didn’t meet up to ,went back to ask if I can exchange the bed for a different one and was flatly told no with a bad attitude and without hearing me out . I was told the slip states that the bed doesn’t have a refund or guarantee which the slip has non of that information printed on it . Im really not happy at all with the service received
