Best Customer Service

I commend The Bed Shop for outstanding customer service! I was about to purchase my Orthopaedic Dynamic Queen base set online and I quickly sent few questions to their WhatsApp number and I was happy with a prompt helpful response I received and I was told that if I place my order I can be able to get my bed delivered next day. Sure enough next day I had many missed calls on my phone and when I called back they were from The Bed Shop Springfield trying to get hold of me to confirm delivery. Priscilla from Springfield was very patient with me for not answering on time and she then confirmed that the driver was on his way.

Their delivery gentleman Paul was very polite and helpful and he delivered my bed with care.

So far the bed is comfortable after 3 nights sleeping on it and I will give it some time and see as from my experience with beds they need to be given some time before honestly confirming their durability and comfort. So far so good! I will come back and do a follow up review should anything change.
