BEING IGNORED

<p>On 25th January 2016 we bought a Orthopaedic Superior Bed Set from The Bed Shop Krugersdorp for R6199.00. In less than 6 months (I think probable 3-4) they had to completely replace the mattress and base. The sides of the mattress collapsed and made awful noises when you sit on the edge and when you turn in bed. They blamed the collapse of the mattress on the base and also replaced it.</p> <p>Now, the new mattress is starting to show similar signs as the previous one. It squeaks and the mattress is lumpy and is starting to sag badly. It is obvious that your quality is pathetic and I am really disappointed. I am a pensioner and R6199.00 is certainly not small change for me.</p> <p>I must now demand that you replace this bed with a decent quality bed or that you refund me and take the bed back. If this bed cannot even last a full year, then I am very, very worried indeed.</p> <p> </p> <p>I e-mailed their head office as well as the shop three times to no avail.</p>
