Bedhshop Fourways Never Again

Bought a bed from these guys. One year guarantee. Springs collapsed within 6 months. Back up service really poor. But what was most appalling and seems to be their modus operandi , they advise that replacing the bed is not the best option as it "will happen again" so they advise u to upgrade , which will cost u at least R1500 more. So they know their product is **** , offer you a guarantee , knowing full well that it will fail, then they squeeze u into an upgrade. They really dont care about customer service - actually rude and arrogant.
