Bed Shop taking us for a ride

I bought 3 beds last month. There was a special - buy a bed, get a memory pillow and matress protector for free. For starters, my beds were delivered without the protector and the pillow, without explanation. I had to drive to the shop the next day to inquire. I was then told that they were out of stock and ordered some more. I was told the stock will be delivered that Monday and I should come pick it up.

I went to the shop the Monday, not only did they not remember me, they told me the beds will be delivered the next Monday. They took my details and promised to phone me. The following Monday I went again, still nothing!

It's now been over 4 weeks, no call, no pillow, no matress protector. I spent over R15k and not even courtesy of a call to update me. Clearly this is daylight roberry. I want my pillows and matress protectors
