Bed Shop Sub Standard Quality

I bought a bed about a year and a half ago from tne Bedshop in PNP Bracken fell. Within a month of receiving the bed it began to sag on the sides. The Manager came to inspect and did not replace it. She said turn the mattress every 2 weeks which I did and have been doing ever since. Bed a few months later worse. Madeleine Heya is the store manager has no customer skills speaks to the customer as if they stupid never wanting to admit the stuff they sell is ****. She came to inspect again demands paper work which is on their system. I am living that I paid 4000 for a sub standard product. I will not advise anyone to purchase from the Bed Shop.
