BED FALLING APART AGAIN!!!!!!

It is 1am in the morning, and once again the bed that we purchased from the Bed Shop in Brakpan has broken. This is the 4th time that thier bed has broken. This time it is the one with the plastic base. The base has bent and has now fallen apart. I have had to try and fix it with cable ties, as we need to have a bed to sleep on tonight. All we do is sit and sleep on the bed.<br> <br> Is there anyone in The Bed Shop company, who is able to sort this out, apart from simply replacing ******* with *******???
