Bad service from The bed shop in Brackenfell.

We bought a bed in April 2022, bed was faulty and I received a display bed, full of dirty marks on the side and ripped on the mattress in June. I informed the shop and sent them pictures of the bed immediately. Its 2023 and I'm still waiting on my new bed. No communication from the shop, unless I contacted them. Empty promises, very unprofessional, I even spoke to the regional manager, still no solution till this day.
