Bad Service from Ilva at The Bed Shop - Fourways

I purchased a bed from The Bed Shop in Fourways. After a while the one side of the bed 'collapsed/ sagged', I phoned The Bed Shop in Fourways and I've spoken to Ilva. She asked me to forward her the details of the purchase and my details. I phoned her after sending the email to confirm if she received the email and she promised to get someone to have a look at the bed. I've sent this email on the 2nd of October and ever since then I've sent her another 4 emails and phoned her twice reminding her. Up until now I had no reply and nobody has contacted me. I even told her that I'm going to take this to social media and she still ignored me. This is bad service.
