Bad service at The bed shop in Randburg City

The bed shop in Randburg city failed to deliver my bed after having waited 3 days for it from the 16th of December 2025. When I eventually called on the 19th I was advised the store was not aware of my purchase and or delivery by their driver. When I went into the store on the 20th to inquire, the personnel on duty confirmed that I was on the system, however they knew nothing about the delivery. When I asked to cancel as the issue could not be resolved, I was told I would only get my refund in January. Furthermore, the personnel advised me to Google the head office details when I asked for same to lodge a complaint.
