Bad service and bad bed for good sum of money

I bought a bed from the bed shop in Somerset west - However the mattress/ base has some sort of sound, also the stitching is coming loose- I sent an email to customer service and got No response, I called the branch after +- 2 weeks of sending the email - i then spoke to lester he asked me to forward the email to him which i did- he would then get back to me till this day No one gave me feedback and no response - I literally just called the branch now to ask for feedback but their line is engaged. how dissatisfied can one be for poor service yet i paid a good sum of money for this bed and never thought il be sitting with this problem, they suppose to be selling good quality - Here i still referred people to them and i really hope those people are happy with their bed.
