bad service

i bought my bed in december 2021 and in January the bed was giving me problems.the base was torn then the mattress was also torn same spot,the base was replace and when i reported about the mattress i was promise it will be exchanged when they get stock,to my suprised my bed was replaced with a demo bed used in the show room,it was dirty ,the owner Amina had alot of stories and no apology,i am so dissappointed at the service and had to fight before the exchanged with new bed,,worse service and disrespectful
