Bad sales

Both a bed about 2 years ago ,the sales person said it for my back problem, the bed is is in bad condision , my back is giving me more problem no, i can't exchange it because my husband misplace the receipt, i phone them anf they just don't want to help ,they say they change system 3 time in the past 3 years , i wil not recommend them to any body , there beds is not good quality
