Bad Quality beds sagging & no help from the store and owner/s

I had the Worst experience with this store: I purchased a bed worth R10k trusting the store’s quality as a first time buyer, in less than 3 months the mattress was sagging.

I further tried to contact the store, whose number was not operational until I had someone physically got to the store. I submitted a claim in May 2024 and to date the store refuses to replace their faulty bed that costed me.

2 months later I am still sleeping on a mattress that has a whole in the middle and sinking. Even after the owner has requested I contact their customer service below, my emails are being ignored by this store. Absolutely Disappointing and zero care about customers
