Bad Products

I purchased a double bed at bed shop, cresta on about 29 September and was delivered to me on about beginning of October.

On the second day I went to the store to complain about the sound the bed was making. They sent a driver to replace the bed and when the driver came he came with a wobbling bed, with that was so bad, you would think a primary school kid was making the bed, and it was better than the one that made noise. I went bad to the store to tell them they asked for pictures I sent them. They promised an inspector will come see the bed. Passed weeks no one came I kept on sending whatsapp massages. I went back to the store I was told the driver is working far, when ever he gets time they will let me know its not going to be sooner.

Am very angry and urge anyone looking for a bed to never go to the bed shop, if you looking for peace and value of your money.
