Bad customer service and no free delivery as promised on the website

The customer service is bad! I was treated with disrespect and the guy helping me was condescending towards me. I came there to exchange a bed because it was too big for my room and I was spoken to as if I was a child. The guy was rude, even after they had exchanged the bed for me he proceeded to give remarks as though I was not a paying customer. I do not recommend the Jane Furse Crossing branch in Limpopo specifically. Please teach your employees how to treat customers.

Also on the website it said free delivery for purchases over R5000 but I did not get it, I had to organise one for myself.
