Bad customer service

We bought a bed at the bed shop we have the bed for 18 months it's now giving problems now they reluctant to come and look at the bed this is the first and last time we will be buying a bed there and will definitely not be referring people there rather buy a bed at a reputable company where you won't get bad customer service
