bad customer service

the manager in the store was so rude to me he insulted me and refused to be off any help to me I had to wait 20 - 1 hour for the bunk beds I bought to arrive from a different store all because they didn't have stock in store and to top it all off while I was waiting he was having a conversation with a friend right in front off me iff I didn't want the beds i would have walked out never in my life have i been treated like this
