Bad after sales

Bought a queen size bed from the branch in K90 boksburg about a month later the springs in the matress starts to come through on my wifes side, i called in and took my slip in for a warranty, they advised that the driver will call me to come and look and if it is really the problem he will then bring a new one, waited 2 weeks for the driver we had to phone in and ask what is going on. So the driver came out was almost an hour late from the agreed time, looked at the bed and basically forced my wife into buying a top up she did not give in. So it was confirmed that the matress is faulty, we are still waiting for the new one.
