Anyone for a free bed!!

<p>Charl is one the worst Area managers i have ever come across. </p> <p>My bed is broken and got told i can go to any Bed shop in the province if I had any problems 4 years later my bed stared sinking in and sqeeking and so i went to see the shop to log a compliant and now ive waited 3 weeks just for them to tell me I can not get a new bed because of a light stain but last week they said i could just pay in. Now today i get told they wont replace my bed and Charl Van Niekerk was so rude because i wasd upset like anyone would be, he has mno Customer care s****s and he put the phone down in my face and sends me a snotty message on whatsapp saying he will no longer help me what so ever. I wouldnt recommend The bed shop to anyone as they are useless and very unhelpful including Head office </p>
