Absolutely unacceptable - No contact back - 3 months now!!!

Over 3 months that I phoned, emailed and a whatsapp later and no response!? I want feedback! What else can I do to get someone to assist me? Is it that unreasonable for me to expect someone, anyone to give me feedback?

Is this the level of service one should just accept, is this the new norm?
