A friend of mine bought a Bed from them in Umtata few months down the line it faulty which he then went back to the shop and they replaced the mattress but with that 2nd mattress also was faulty too few mo ths later

A friend of mine bought a Bed from them in Umtata few months down the line it faulty which he then went back to the shop and they replaced the mattress but with that 2nd mattress also was faulty too few mo ths later. Now they are refusing to replace it nor do a refund based on the fact that mattress has stains of which he then told them he will clean it up but they are refusing
