I have done a lay bye for pedastals at The bed shop Horison(jhb) in November. Every month I've been paying R1000 as it was R4000 for 2. I went there January to tell them I will settle and take my pedastals and clearly they didn't take my instruction. I went their again on the 14 Feb and to give them same instruction and still didn't take my instruction. Yesterday they telling me that they are still manufacturing the pedastals and they wil deliver only today. Its a hustle to get anything from bed shop as they did the same to my sister that bought a bed and waited for 4 weeks. Service is pathetic and one has to beg for thing to be done. Its not acceptable at all.
