Not a happy customer

Bussiness after sale service very poor. The man that you deal with after sales has a very bad attitude, doesn't respond to your text or calls and everytime you arrange with him(I think his name is Travis) then u wait almost a week for a response. Then when he finally respond, it's not the responce you waited for.
