************ company that does not understand what a warranty is. The bed I purchased is only 2 years old and has a 10 year warranty and now has depressions on the mattress when the bed does not need to be rotated or flipped. I lodged my issue with the company and was then informed that I need to pay for the repair??? So what is the warranty for?? Stop buying from them, they are a rip-off!!
