Cloud 9 rest assured sinking bed purchased at bed doctor springfield

I have purchased a cloud 9 rest assured bed 3 April 2024 .It is only 1 month that I have this bed and it is sinking in the middle if just one person lays On the bed , if there are 2 people one side remains high and the other sinks which has been a nightmare especially for me because I'm a highly pregnant. Any pregnant woman wants a good bed and because of this I am miserable each day because of lack of comfort.

I have called numerous times to log a service call with no assistance which lead me to go to the branch and demand that my bed gets sorted out NOW. I was advised my Shanelle that a service call has been logged and a technician will come through ,which i am still waiting for the call and knowone has pitched or given a courtesy call for the delay in getting this sorted. I highly recommend all individuals before purchasing a bed to think about what they are buying because this is big money you are paying to sleep on thrash ...rather invest your money at other reputable companies who will give you the service you have paid for as well as a quality bed .
