Worst experience ever.

This is the worse place to ever have your nails done, the receptionist is a horrible human, that should not be working with customer, I had a soak off done and my nails were completely damaged in the process, it was done intentionally because I was then offered a bio sculpture because of my do called damaged nails. Gel overlay is a basic nail polish application. My nails have already broken by day 2. I then called in to ask for my nail to be repaired, I was told by the receptionist that the owner informed her that the beauty spot isn't for me and I couldn't have my nail repaired. I paid R280 to have my nails look like trash. Don't ever use this place. They are pathetic. The owner refuses to help customers when they are in the wrong, she is apparently too busy opening up new salons to assist.
