Incompetence - The Beauty Palace, Parkview

To all who read this, be warned!!!

My wife went to The Beauty Palace, Parkview in Pretoria a few days before our wedding to get her brows and chin waxed. They app**** the wax, and my wife informed them that it is burning, the beautician went and ask Joyce the Manager at that time if she can put some cream on her face to re-leave the burning sensation. Joyce than instructed the beautician to use a normal cleaner. My wife was left with burns on her chin a few days before our wedding and was grossly over charged. I have emailed management and the golden leaves group who is the main company. I had a mediocre response from all involved. Stay away from the beauty palace, parkview, they do not care.
