Shocking customer treatment

I had an appointment for a Hollywood at 08:00 today. I made this booking online a few weeks ago.I have never felt as unwelcome at any salon before as I did today and was made to feel as if I was an inconvenience and a nuisance. Never before have the******s been this rude to me. I had 2 more appointments scheduled for Friday which I cancelled. Wouldn't want to inconvenience you any further. I will never return and will inform others. Will continue to support Sorbet instead. Mummi with whom the appointment was made complained about my appointment out loud to another the******, then refused to acknowledge my presence and went on to the balcony complaining to the the****** with the spectacles. The the****** with the spectacles then asked me in a very patronising manner if I had an appointment. I was left waiting for 10 minutes after which I left as I had another appointment. I do not appreciate being ignored or patronised
