Bad hair colour

Writing this review on behalf of my mother who went there on my recommendation. This was a grave mistake on my part. I was happy with the waxing and thought my mom would like to use their hairdresser as it was really close to her house. My mother went to bleach her hair and have a funky colour added.

The hairdresser was a disaster firstly he did not tone her hair after the bleach and used a product she has never used even after requesting he use Goldwell. Then after causing her hair to turn a terrible yellow she requested he fix his mess. His solution was to colour her hair (finally with Goldwell) but even though he messed up he over charged her just for a colour. I would never recommend this place ever for hair.
