*dispatch time* i ordered late on friday and my order was only dispatched late on tuesday. dispatching is usually done early on the next business day from ordering, if not the same day. this could be improved. i had to follow up to find out about the late dispatch. *payment* my card/eft payment failed several times even after i approved it through my banking app. i then had to take a longer route of paying via pay flex. the instalment and full outstanding balance was paid on the same day since i had the full amount to begin with. for some reason it just didn’t allow me to pay the full amount when i tried doing it directly which i found very inconvenient. *product* the sol de janeiro fragrance in 62 is not long lasting at all. would have to try another fragrance to see if the issue remains the same.
