Appalling customer service

I have never written a negative review, but my shocking experience with The Beauty Bag deserves one. After months of back-and-forth frustration and a lack of communication on their part, I am STILL waiting for a refund for a product I ordered on Black Friday in November (today is the 23rd of February, for context). I waited more than a month for my delivery initially, only to be sent the incorrect item. Unfortunately, this was only the start of an ongoing headache with the company. I have to constantly email asking for updates, receiving incredibly delayed responses. My refund was supposedly processed and paid, but nothing has reflected for weeks.
