4 stars because I enjoy their range of products that are otherwise not available in South Africa as well as their sales. Otherwise 3 stars for service. Delivery took a bit longer than expected and the communication could've been a bit better in explaining the process around the mishap of having received the wrong order. I would also advise have lines of communication (WhatsApp, email, Instagram) that have a dedicated person to assist.
