Kindly assist with the below

On the 26 April 2026, I booked accommodation for the night at a place called The beautiful thatch guesthouse.

Traveled to the place and got lost tried to call property to no response and left strunded had to find other accommodation.

I canceled the booking and was since told of the refund which I have not received to date.
